These Terms govern your use of the Milestones mobile application ("App"). By using Milestones, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Milestones ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App.

  • You are responsible for your account credentials.
  • Keep your email address accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App.
  • Do not upload malicious or illegal content.
  • Respect other users and applicable laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the goals, habits, notes, and other content you create. You grant Milestones a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate, secure, and improve the App.

6. AI Features

Milestones may use artificial intelligence to generate roadmaps, suggestions, recommendations, and personalized content.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

While we strive to improve the accuracy of AI outputs, we do not guarantee their completeness, reliability, or suitability for your specific circumstances.

7. Premium Features

If you purchase a subscription, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We do not store your payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

Milestones, including its software, branding, logos, graphics, user interface, and design, is owned by its respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milestones shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
